Santiago
Okay, technically these are just picture from the Santiago airport.  Santiago was my official stopping point for this particular trip, and when I start travelling in South America it will be the first place I go.
I was only staying the night in Chile, so I hadn't done any research beyond making sure I didn't need a visa.  This little surprise party was waiting for me at customs.

It's always a guessing game as to what sort of disagreement the USA is having with any particular government, but in this case it is fairly straightforward:  Chilean nationals must pay a US $100 fee to just apply for a visa to enter the United States.  Hence, "Reciprocity."
The only "Cassocks Only" restroom I've encountered.
If I ever decide to smuggle anything onboard a plane, I'll do it from Santiago.  They'll wrap your luggage up in plastic for you, all before inspections or customs.
Chile, or Southern California?  You  make the call...
