		Ah, suburbia sweet suburbia.  This is it, the american dream . . . a seventy-two year old house in near pristine condition, in a quiet neighborhood and yet just one block from restaurants and shopping.  Great neighbors, lots of room for entertaining, and a nearby farmer's market every Saturday. If you're trying to work through your "affluent yuppie in the suburbs" thing, I highly recommend this house or one a lot like it.
